Save the GIF to your phone as a video file
Open Instagram and tap the plus icon
Select Reel, Story, or Post
Choose the saved GIF video from your gallery
Edit if needed
Add a caption and hashtags if desired
Tap Share or Post
If using a GIF from GIPHY, add it to a Story using the sticker or GIF option
If you want a moving image in a feed post, convert the GIF to MP4 first
If Instagram does not accept the file, use a GIF-to-video converter app or website
