Make the intention for Eid salah in the heart
Pray in congregation behind the imam
Start with the opening takbir
In the first rakah, say 3 extra takbirs after the opening takbir
Raise the hands for each extra takbir
After the extra takbirs, recite Surah Al-Fatiha
Then recite another surah
Complete the first rakah as in normal prayer
In the second rakah, after standing up, recite Surah Al-Fatiha
Then recite another surah
Say 3 extra takbirs in the second rakah before going into ruku
Raise the hands for each extra takbir
Go into ruku after the extra takbirs
Complete the second rakah as in normal prayer
Finish with tashahhud and salam
Listen to the imam throughout the prayer
