Thaw the bratwurst if frozen
Preheat a skillet, grill, or oven
Add a little oil or butter if using a skillet
Place the bratwurst in the pan or on the grill
Cook over medium heat
Turn the bratwurst regularly
Cook until browned on all sides
Check that the internal temperature reaches 160°F
Remove from heat
Let rest for a few minutes
Serve hot
