How To Prepare Mango Lassi?

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup milk

1 to 2 tablespoons sugar or honey

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/2 cup ice cubes

Blend mango, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and cardamom until smooth

Add ice cubes and blend again if desired

Pour into glasses and serve chilled
