Open Google Calendar in a web browser
Sign in to your Google account if needed
Select the calendar, date range, or view you want to print
Click the gear icon or the three-dot menu
Choose Print
Adjust print settings such as layout, date range, and color
Click Print
Select your printer or save as PDF
Click Print or Save to complete the process
