Log in using your Aadhaar number or VID and OTP
Select the option to download Aadhaar
Download the Aadhaar PDF file
Enter the PDF password using your name and birth year format if required
Open the downloaded Aadhaar PDF
Connect a printer to your device
Select the print option
Choose paper size and print settings
Print the Aadhaar card on plain paper
Alternatively, visit an Aadhaar Seva Kendra or cyber cafe for printing assistance
