Press the Print Screen key to capture the entire screen
Press Alt + Print Screen to capture the active window
Press Windows + Shift + S to open the snipping tool and select an area
Open Paint or another image editor
Paste the screenshot with Ctrl + V
Save the file using Ctrl + S
Choose the file format and location
Use the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch if available
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 3 to capture the entire screen
On Mac, press Command + Shift + 4 to capture a selected area
