How to Produce Gin?

Start with a neutral grain spirit

Prepare a botanical recipe with juniper as the primary flavor

Select additional botanicals such as coriander, citrus peel, angelica root, orris root, and spices

Macerate the botanicals in the спирit or place them in a gin basket for vapor infusion

Distill the spirit with the botanicals in a still

Collect and separate the distillate

Dilute the distillate to the desired bottling strength with water

Filter the gin if needed

Bottle the finished gin

Label and store the bottles properly
