Open the PayPal app or website and sign in
Go to Wallet
Select Add money or Add cash
Choose your linked bank account
Enter the amount
Confirm the transfer
Wait for the money to appear in your PayPal balance
If Add cash is available in your area, generate a barcode in PayPal
Take the barcode and cash to a participating retail store
Pay the cashier the amount you want to add
Keep the receipt until the funds are posted to your PayPal account
