Wash and dry your face
Apply a little eye cream or moisturizer if needed
Choose a kajal pencil or liner
Sharpen the pencil if required
Gently pull down your lower eyelid
Start from the inner corner of the lower waterline
Draw along the waterline toward the outer corner
Use short, light strokes for control
Repeat on the upper waterline if desired
Keep the line thin or build it up gradually
Smudge lightly if you want a softer look
Check both eyes for evenness
Remove any excess with a cotton swab
Set the kajal with a matching eyeshadow if needed
