Download the texture pack file
Make sure the file is in .zip format
Open Minecraft
Go to Options
Click Resource Packs
Click Open Pack Folder
Move the texture pack .zip file into the folder
Return to Minecraft
Select the texture pack from the Available Packs list
Move it to Selected Packs
Click Done
Wait for the pack to load
Start or resume your world
