Find the wall studs with a stud finder
Mark the mirror’s hanging points on the wall
Measure the mirror and transfer the measurements accurately
Use a level to keep the marks straight
Choose hardware rated for the mirror’s weight
Install heavy-duty wall anchors or screw directly into studs
Attach D-rings, wire, or mirror brackets to the back of the mirror
Lift the mirror with a helper
Hang the mirror on the installed hardware
Check that the mirror is level and secure
Add safety clips or anti-tip straps if needed
