Relax your forehead and face
Practice lifting one eyebrow while keeping the other still
Use a mirror to watch which muscles move
Raise one eyebrow slightly, then hold it
Repeat on the other side
Try isolating the eyebrow by keeping your eyelids and forehead relaxed
Use your fingers to gently block the eyebrow you want to keep still
Practice short repetitions until you gain control
Work on one side more if it is harder to move
Be patient and keep practicing regularly
