Select the layer you want to rasterize
Right-click the layer in the Layers panel
Click Rasterize Layer
If needed, choose Rasterize Type, Rasterize Shape, Rasterize Fill Content, or Rasterize Smart Object instead
You can also go to Layer in the top menu
Select Rasterize
Choose the appropriate rasterize option
Confirm the layer is now rasterized and editable as pixels
