Click the Start menu
Select the Power icon
Click Restart
If the laptop is frozen, press and hold the Power button until it turns off
Wait a few seconds
Press the Power button again to turn it back on
If needed, use Ctrl + Alt + Delete
Select the Power icon
Click Restart
If using Windows settings, go to Settings
Select System
Select Recovery or Power
Choose Restart
If the laptop is unresponsive, unplug the charger
Remove any external devices
Press and hold the Power button for 10 to 15 seconds
Release the button
Press the Power button to reboot the laptop
