Press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button together for about 10–15 seconds
Release both buttons when the Samsung logo appears
Wait for the phone to restart
If the phone is frozen, keep holding the buttons until it reboots
If it does not restart, connect the phone to a charger and try again
If the battery is removable only on your model, remove and reinsert it, then power on the phone
