How To Recall An Email In Outlook?

Open Outlook

Go to the Sent Items folder

Double-click the email you want to recall

Select the Message tab

Click Actions

Choose Recall This Message

Select one of the following options:

Delete unread copies of this message

Delete unread copies and replace with a new message

Click OK

If prompted, choose the replacement message options and send the new email

Confirm the recall status in the email’s status message (if available)
