Open your PowerPoint presentation
Go to the slide where you want to add audio
Click the Insert tab
Select Audio
Choose Record Audio
Enter a name for the audio recording
Click the Record button
Speak into your microphone
Click Stop when finished
Click Play to review the recording
Click OK to insert the audio into the slide
Resize or move the audio icon if needed
Save your presentation
