Open your PowerPoint presentation
Go to the Slide Show tab
Click Record Slide Show
Choose Record from Beginning or Record from Current Slide
Allow microphone and camera access if prompted
Start recording your narration and slide timings
Use the on-screen controls to pause, resume, or stop recording
Move through the slides as you record
Click Stop when finished
Save the presentation to keep the recording
To export, go to File
Click Export
Choose Create a Video if you want a video file
