Press Windows + G to open Xbox Game Bar
Click the Capture widget
Click the Record button
Press Windows + Alt + R to start recording immediately
Press Windows + Alt + R again to stop recording
Find the saved video in Videos > Captures
Use Snipping Tool for screen recording if Game Bar is unavailable
Open Snipping Tool
Click the Record option
Select the area to record
Click Start to begin recording
Click Stop to finish and save the recording
