Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Your activity
Tap Recently deleted
Find the deleted post
Tap the post
Tap Restore
Confirm the restore action
Check your profile to make sure the post is back
If the post is not in Recently deleted, it cannot be restored from Instagram
Check your phone backup or cloud backup if you saved a copy
Re-upload the post if no backup is available
