How To Recover Deleted Sheet In Excel?

Press Ctrl + Z immediately after deleting the sheet

Click the Undo button on the Quick Access Toolbar

Reopen the workbook and restore it from a previous saved version

Check OneDrive or SharePoint version history and restore an earlier version

Use File > Info > Version History if the file is stored in Microsoft 365

Recover the workbook from AutoRecover if Excel closed unexpectedly

Restore the file from a backup copy if one exists

Check the Recycle Bin if the workbook file itself was deleted

If the sheet was deleted in a shared workbook, ask the owner to restore a prior version

If no backup or version history exists, recreate the sheet manually
