Click on Forgot Password or Forgot User ID/Password
Enter your registered username, email ID, or mobile number
Enter the captcha code shown on the screen
Click on Submit
Check your registered email or mobile for the password reset link or OTP
Open the reset link or enter the OTP
Set a new password
Confirm the new password
Log in with your new password
