Check your email or phone for the code
Enter the code on Facebook
Create a new password
Log in with the new password

Follow the account recovery steps
Use a trusted device or browser if prompted
Verify your identity if Facebook asks for a photo ID
Check old email accounts for Facebook recovery messages
Try any previous passwords you remember
Search your contacts for your old profile link or username
Submit a recovery request through Facebook Help Center if needed
