Check the Recently Deleted folder in the Notes app
Open Notes
Tap Folders
Tap Recently Deleted
Select the note
Tap Move or Recover

Go to Settings
Tap your name
Tap iCloud
Make sure Notes is turned on
Sign in to iCloud if needed

Open Finder or iTunes
Select your iPhone

Check connected accounts like Gmail or Outlook
Check notes on iCloud.com

Open Notes
Look for the missing note

Scan the device or backup
Recover deleted notes if available
