Check the Notes app’s Recently Deleted folder
Restore from an iCloud backup
Restore from a computer backup
Sign in to the correct Apple ID
Turn on Notes sync in iCloud settings
Check other email accounts linked to Notes
Search for the note in all folders
Check shared folders and shared notes
Use a data recovery tool if no backup exists
Contact Apple Support if the note is still missing
