Open the Steam client or go to the Steam website
Sign in to your Steam account
Click the Games menu in the Steam client
Select Activate a Product on Steam
Click Next
Agree to the Steam Subscriber Agreement
Enter your Steam key
Click Next
Follow the prompts to complete activation
Check your Library for the redeemed game
