Choose the redemption option such as vouchers, merchandise, travel, cashback, or statement credit
Add the selected reward item to the cart or redemption list
Confirm the number of points required and complete the redemption request
Submit the request and note the confirmation number if shown
Check your registered email or SMS for redemption confirmation
Use the HDFC SmartBuy portal if redeeming for travel, vouchers, or partner offers
Call HDFC customer care if you want help with redemption
Verify that your reward points are eligible for redemption before proceeding
