Delete old iPhone and iPad backups
Turn off iCloud Backup for devices you do not need backed up
Remove large files from iCloud Drive
Delete duplicate or unnecessary photos and videos
Empty the Recently Deleted album in Photos
Turn off iCloud Photos for devices you do not want syncing
Delete old messages and attachments from Messages in iCloud
Remove unused app data stored in iCloud
Delete old notes, voice memos, and files synced to iCloud
Review and remove large attachments from Mail if using iCloud Mail
Manage shared albums and remove unwanted content
Clear Safari data synced to iCloud if not needed
Check iCloud storage usage and delete the largest items first
Upgrade to a larger iCloud storage plan if needed
