Go to the item you want to refund
Check whether the item is eligible for a refund
If the item was bought from the Avatar Shop, note that most items are non-refundable
If the item was purchased by mistake, contact Roblox Support
Go to the Roblox Support page
Fill out the support form with your account details
Select the issue related to billing or purchase
Include the item name, purchase date, and transaction details
Submit the request and wait for Roblox Support to respond
If the item was bought through a third-party payment method, contact that provider if needed
