Sign in to the Google account that posted the review
Open Google Maps or Google Search
Find the business listing
Locate your review
Click the three dots next to the review
Select Delete review
Confirm the deletion
If the review was posted by someone else, you cannot remove it yourself
Report the review to Google if it violates Google’s policies
Use the “Report review” option on the business listing
Submit a policy violation request through Google Business Profile support
Provide evidence if the review is fake, spam, abusive, or off-topic
If you own the business, reply professionally to the review
Ask the reviewer to update or remove the review
Resolve the issue if possible
Request a review removal only if it breaks Google’s rules
If the review is defamatory or illegal, seek legal advice
If needed, request removal through a court order or legal process
