Turn off the device and unplug it
Gather a keycap puller or a small flat tool
Gently slide the tool under the keycap
Lift the keycap straight up carefully
If needed, remove the stabilizer clips slowly
Clean the area beneath the key
Reattach the key by aligning it and pressing it back into place
