Close all Adobe apps and the Creative Cloud desktop app
Open the Creative Cloud desktop app
Go to the Apps tab
Find Adobe Creative Cloud
Select Uninstall
Follow the on-screen prompts
If prompted, sign in and confirm removal
Restart your computer
If Creative Cloud will not uninstall, download and run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool
Follow the Cleaner Tool instructions to remove remaining Adobe components
Restart your computer again after cleanup
