Open the image in Photoshop
Select the object using the Lasso Tool, Quick Selection Tool, or Object Selection Tool
Go to Edit
Choose Content-Aware Fill
Adjust the fill settings if needed
Click OK
Use the Spot Healing Brush Tool for small imperfections
Use the Clone Stamp Tool to refine the area
Save the edited image
