Open the Phone app
Tap the menu or settings icon
Go to Call settings
Select Call forwarding or Call divert
Turn off all forwarding options
Disable Always forward
Disable Forward when busy
Disable Forward when unanswered
Disable Forward when unreachable
Save the changes
Dial the carrier deactivation code if needed
Check with your mobile network provider if it still remains active
