Select the road tool
Choose the road segment with the crosswalk
Open the road options for that segment
Toggle off pedestrian crossings if available
Replace the road with a version without crosswalks
Use a road type or upgrade that does not include crosswalks
Delete and rebuild the intersection with a different layout
Check pedestrian path connections and remove any that force a crossing
Use mods if your version of the game does not allow crosswalk removal directly
