How to Remove Email Addresses?

Open the email account or contact list

Select the email address you want to remove

Delete the email from contacts or address book

Remove the email from autofill or saved suggestions in your browser or email app

Clear the email from mailing lists or groups if needed

Unsubscribe from the sender if you no longer want messages

Block the sender if you want to prevent future emails

Delete the email from recent recipients or history if the app allows it

Save changes if prompted

Refresh the app or browser to confirm the email address is removed
