Open the Family Link app on the parent device
Select the child’s account
Tap Controls
Tap Account settings
Tap Account info
Tap Stop supervision
Enter the parent access code if prompted
If you do not know the code, reset it from the parent Google account
On the child device, open Family Link and tap the menu
Tap Parent access code
Choose Get new code or Reset code
Sign in with the parent Google account to generate a new code
Use the new code to complete the action
If the parent access code cannot be removed, remove the child from the family group in Google Family settings
If the device is managed by a school or organization, contact the administrator
