Open Settings
Tap your name at the top
Tap Find My
Tap Find My iPhone
Turn off Find My iPhone
Enter your Apple ID password
Tap Turn Off
If needed, sign out of iCloud
If you no longer have the device, remove it from your Apple ID account on another device or at iCloud.com
If Activation Lock is enabled, erase the device and remove it from your account before selling or giving it away
