Scrape off excess glue with a dull knife or spoon
Check the care label before treating the fabric
Let the glue dry completely if it is still wet
Freeze the garment for a few hours to harden the glue
Gently peel or scrape off the hardened glue
Apply a small amount of rubbing alcohol to a hidden area first
Dab rubbing alcohol onto the glue with a clean cloth
Blot the area until the glue loosens
Rinse the fabric with cold water
Apply liquid laundry detergent directly to the stain
Gently rub the fabric together or use a soft brush
Wash the clothing according to the care label
Repeat the treatment if the glue remains
Use acetone only on fabrics that are safe for it
Avoid heat until the glue is fully removed
Air-dry the garment and check the stain before drying again
