Turn off the keyboard and unplug it
Take a photo of the key layout
Use a keycap puller if available
Hook the puller under the keycap
Pull straight up gently
For larger keys, remove stabilizers carefully
If no puller is available, use a flat tool carefully
Avoid twisting or forcing the keycap
Place removed keycaps in a safe container
Reinstall by aligning the keycap and pressing down firmly
