Power off the device
Wash and dry your hands
Lift a corner of the screen protector with a fingernail or plastic card
Peel the protector back slowly at a low angle
Continue peeling until it is fully removed
If adhesive remains, wipe the screen gently with a microfiber cloth
Use a small amount of screen-safe cleaner if needed
Avoid metal tools and excessive force
Dispose of the old protector properly
