Press the Scroll Lock key on the keyboard
Press Fn + Scroll Lock
Press Fn + C
Press Fn + K
Open the On-Screen Keyboard and turn off ScrLk
Use the keyboard shortcut assigned by your laptop brand
Check the function key settings in BIOS or UEFI
Restart the laptop after turning off Scroll Lock
In Excel, check the status bar to confirm Scroll Lock is off
