Check the expiry date on your current driving licence
Apply for renewal before or after expiry as per applicable rules
Visit the Delhi Transport Department or Parivahan portal
Fill out the driving licence renewal application form
Upload or submit required documents
Upload or submit a recent passport-size photograph and signature if required
Upload or submit your existing driving licence
Submit proof of age and address if requested
Submit Form 1 and Form 1A if applicable for medical fitness
Pay the renewal fee online or at the RTO
Book an appointment if required
Visit the RTO for document verification and biometric capture if asked
Complete the medical test if applicable
Collect the renewed licence or download the e-licence after approval
