Visit the Parivahan Sarathi portal or the nearest Regional Transport Office in Kerala
Select the driving licence renewal service
Fill in the renewal application form
Upload required documents
Pay the renewal fee online or at the RTO
Book an appointment if required
Visit the RTO for document verification and biometric capture if asked
Submit the original driving licence and required documents
Complete the medical certificate form if applicable
Receive the renewed driving licence by post or collect it from the RTO
Check the licence validity and renewal status on the portal
