Exit the Power Armor at the station
Approach the station and interact with it
Select the damaged Power Armor piece
Choose the repair option
Confirm the repair if prompted
Use the required materials, such as steel, aluminum, and other components
Repair each damaged armor piece individually
Check your inventory for missing materials if repair is unavailable
Collect more junk and scrap it for needed components
Use the Armorer perk to improve Power Armor modification and maintenance options
Keep extra Power Armor pieces in storage for replacements
Visit a settlement with a Power Armor station to repair whenever needed
