Open the Discord server you want to report
Collect evidence such as screenshots, message links, user IDs, and server name
Right-click the message, user, or server content you want to report
Select Copy Message Link or Copy ID if Developer Mode is enabled
Go to the Discord Trust & Safety report form
Submit the report at https://dis.gd/report
Choose the appropriate report category
Paste the message links, user IDs, and evidence into the form
Include a clear description of the violation
Submit the report
Block or leave the server if needed for your safety
If the issue is urgent or involves illegal activity, contact local authorities immediately
