Back up any important files
Plug in the Surface Pro to power
Open Settings
Select System
Select Recovery
Under Reset this PC, select Reset PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Choose Cloud download or Local reinstall
Follow the on-screen prompts
Wait for the reset to complete
Set up the Surface Pro again after it restarts
