Open Settings on the Fire Stick
Select My Fire TV
Select Reset to Factory Defaults
Confirm the reset
Wait for the Fire Stick to restart and reset
If the Fire Stick is frozen, hold the Back and Right buttons on the remote for about 10 seconds
Select Reset when prompted
If needed, unplug the Fire Stick from power, plug it back in, and try again
