Go to Settings on your Fire TV Stick
Select My Fire TV
Select Reset to Factory Defaults
Confirm the reset
If the remote is not working, press and hold the Back button and the Right side of the navigation ring for 10 seconds
Follow the on-screen prompt to reset
If needed, unplug the Fire TV Stick from power
Plug it back in and try the reset again
